Our 450-gram CO2 cylinders come pre-filled and ready for use. This tank can carbonate and dispense approximately 60 liters of beverage, which is why similar cylinders are marketed as 60L capacity. If you’re using it solely for dispensing beer without carbonation, you can expect to handle around 100 liters.
These cylinders offer exceptional value. The cost of a full cylinder is comparable to the price of refilling a Sodastream-type cylinder, making it economical even if you consider it disposable.
This cylinder is supplied with CO2 but can also be filled with nitrogen. Note that KegLand currently does not offer nitrogen refills.
Refills
Empty cylinders can be refilled by the Aardvark and Arrow Brewery.
These cylinders come with a 10 year life span before you need to re-hydro test this cylinder. After this time for CO2 fillers to be able to fill your bottle, you will need to get it hydro statically tested for your safety and theirs while filling it for you.
