OUR BREWS
The Aardvark and Arrow Brewery specializes in small batch brewing, and therefore we can produce a wide range of beers, ciders and seltzers. Currently, our menu features over 40 different brews, including low carb and gluten free options. Most of these brews are available every week, but we also have a small range of Special Order brews that require a minimum notice of a couple of days for our special order flavoured ciders, or at least two weeks for Special Order Beers.
If you have a specific beer or cider in mind that isn’t on our menu, then speak with our friendly staff and we should be able to accommodate your order.

LAGERS
AARDY BITTER 4.8%
This recipe produces a golden coloured, light bodied Australian style beer. The Aardvark Bitter has low bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma characteristics. This ale contains approximately 4.8% alcohol by volume.
AMERICAN PILSNER 4.3%
This recipe produces a pale coloured, light bodied American style beer. The American Pilsner has low bitterness, very low hop flavour and very low hop aroma. This Pilsner contains approximately 4.3% alcohol by volume. Great for the Australian Summer.
FOREST LAGER 4.9%
This recipe produces a pale coloured, light medium bodied Australian style lager. The Forest Lager has low bitterness, very low hop flavour and very low hop aroma characteristics. This lager contains approximately 4.9% alcohol by volume.
GC CRISP 4.8%
This recipe produces a light coloured, crisp refreshing beer. This lager contains approximately 4.7% alcohol by volume. This is a true session beer.
QUEENSLANDER 4.5%
This recipe produces a golden coloured, light bodied Australian lager style beer. The Queenslander has low bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma characteristics. This lager contains approximately 4.6% alcohol by volume. If you like to drink, you will like this one.
RISING SUN SUPA DRY 4.9%
This recipe produces a light coloured, light bodied dry lager style beer. The Rising Sun Dry has low bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma characteristics. This lager contains approximately 4.9% alcohol by volume.
REGAL PILSNER 4.8%
This recipe produces a golden coloured, light bodied Australian style Pilsner. This Pilsner has low bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma. This Beer contains approximately 4.8% alcohol by volume.

SUMMER CITRA 4.8%

THE DRY 4.8%

THE MUSTANG 5.0%

VAN DIEMEN’S LAGER 5.1%
This recipe produces a pale coloured, light bodied Australian style beer. The Van Diemen’s Lager has medium bitterness, low hop flavour and medium hop aroma characteristics. This lager contains approximately 5.1% alcohol by volume.
A&A – WHEAT BEER (HEFEWEIZEN) 4.4%
This Ian James developed recipe produces a true German-style Hefeweizen. Simply broken down, Hefe (yeast) Weizen (wheat) is of German origin and traditionally means an unfiltered wheat beer with yeast in the beer. It is often referred to as “Weissbier mit Hefe” (with yeast). Crafted with up to 50%-65% malted wheat, the remainder of the grist is malted barley. This addition of wheat is what gives this beverage a very crisp and refreshing profile.
GLUTEN FREE LAGER 4.8%
This recipe produces a blonde, dry style lager beer. This has moderate bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma characteristics. This Lager contains approximately 4.8% alcohol by volume.
LOW CARB DRY 4.5%
This Low Carb lager is based on The Dry Lager and as with all Low Carb Beers we had to reduce the hops a bit so as not to end up with a beer that was too dry. The result is a light coloured beer with a low to medium hop flavour and aroma.
LITTLE ARROW 3.5%
This recipe produces a golden coloured, medium bodied Australian lager style beer. The Little Arrow has medium to high bitterness, medium hop flavour and medium hop aroma characteristics. This lager contains approximately 3.5% alcohol by volume.
ALES
AMBER ALE 4.8%
This recipe produces a golden coloured, light bodied beer that presents with complex hop and malt overtones. This Ale contains approximately 4.8% alcohol by volume. If you like to drink beer that boasts plenty of flavour, you will enjoy this one.

AMERICAN PALE ALE 4.8%
This original recipe cloudy Pale Ale has all the hallmarks of a quality American style Pale Ale. With an abundance of Citrus hop flavour, this Ale is bound to be a crowd favourite.
BITTER BROWN 5.6%
This recipe produces a rich brown coloured beer that boasts plenty of flavour from the roasted grains and generous hopping. Bitter Brown looks much like any other British brown ale but has a big hop flavour and significant hop aroma. This beer contains approximately 5.6% alcohol by volume. CHESTNUT ALE 4.9%
This recipe produces an amber/copper coloured, medium bodied ale style beer. This Ale has medium bitterness, medium hop flavour and medium hop aroma characteristics. This ale contains approximately 4.9% alcohol by volume.
DOUBLE I.P.A 6.4%
This recipe produces a golden coloured, hop driven pale ale. This Ale has been designed to enhance the enjoyment of the discerning pallet. This ale contains approximately 6.4% alcohol by volume.
RIPA DIPA 5.7%
The Double India Pale Ale was based on our Double IPA except that we adjusted the hop balance and added some …… The result is Double IPA with a similar taste at the beginning but a smoother finish at the end. This one has been a hit with our regular IPA drinkers.
GALAXY ALE 4.5%
This recipe produces an easy drinking session ale with a distinctive passionfruit aroma. Appearance is cloudy, and light amber in colour. This Pale Ale contains approximately 4.5% alcohol by volume.
GOLDEN ALE 5.7%
This recipe produces a deep amber coloured, full bodied pale Ale. The Aardvark Pale Ale has medium bitterness, bold hop flavour which balances out with smooth rich malt and unique spicy flower and citrus hop aroma characteristics. THE DARKS

BLACK ARROW 5.6%

NUT BROWN ALE 4.3%

This recipe produces a black coloured, big bodied bock style beer. The Bavarian Style Bock has a reasonable amount of bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma. This beer contains approximately 6.1% alcohol by volume.
CAFE STOUT 4.9%
This recipe produces a rich black coloured, full bodied coffee stout style beer. The Aardvark Cafe Stout has medium bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma characteristics. This Stout contains approximately 5.9% alcohol by volume.
THE TSAR’S STOUT 8.1%
This recipe produces a black coloured, full bodied stout style beer. This Stout has high bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma characteristics. This stout contains approximately 8.5% alcohol by volume.
FROM THE ORCHARD
GINGER BEER 5.1%
